Change An Appointment Request
To cancel or change your requested or confirmed time, call or text Chris at 647-674-7342. A calendar reminder is for your own use; editing or deleting it does not notify Chris. Please contact him directly.
Before Selling Your Gold
Discuss the assessment, any fees, final offer, payment and handover before agreeing to a sale. Ask whether cancellation or returning an item is possible after acceptance. Obtain the transaction terms before proceeding; this website does not promise a buyback or a particular cancellation period.
After A Transaction
For a payment, cancellation or jewellery-return concern, contact Chris at 647-674-7342 or cgr7307@hotmail.com with the transaction date and a description of the issue. Do not send passwords, banking credentials or identification documents in the first message. Available remedies depend on the agreement and applicable law; this notice does not limit your statutory rights.
