Appointments
Times are 20-minute requests between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM Eastern Time, with the last start at 5:40 PM. Displayed times are subject to Chris’s availability. Your appointment is confirmed only when Chris replies. Saving a calendar reminder does not send your request or reserve a time.
Assessments And Prices
Photographs can start a conversation, but do not establish metal purity, weight or a final offer. Market prices are reference figures, not guaranteed payouts. Agree the assessment process, any fees, price, payment method and handover details directly before proceeding. You can decline an offer before agreeing to a sale.
Using The Contact Options
Provide accurate details about pieces you own or are authorized to discuss. Keep sensitive identification and financial information out of initial inquiries. Discuss any identification requirements and an appropriate way to provide information with Chris.
Photos And External Services
Gallery photos show previous hauls; they are not a current stock list or a price quotation. Photo, logo, font and software rights remain with their respective rights holders. Obtain permission from the rights holder before reusing their work. External contact and calendar services control their own operation and terms.
